Dirty and cigarette smells. Paper thin walls and loudly closing doors. Located immediately behind McDonald's which is handy. Bird fecal matter on windows. Small windows. Cheap bedding. No soap in bathroom. On the plus side parking is easy. It's moderately priced.

The noise was insane, there wasn’t any soap, the body wash on the wall was even empty, the window rubber wasn’t sealing the window and could feel the air coming in, also my partners car they tyre valves where stolen. I was itchy in the bed and have noticed bites all over me. I definitely will not be back. It wasn’t worth the expensive, I should of payed $22 more for much better accommodation I definitely do not recommend

It's OK.. We had stains on the sheets and the fridge was full with the previous guests items half drunk water bottles etc. For $150 I'd expect more as this barely qualifies on budget in price only in experience. Reception staff were very friendly.

Terrible, overpriced, the noise is insane especially from the maccas in front of it, rooms are tiny, no soap, no nothing…. Car valve caps where stolen while parked here Only thing I can be positive with is the bed was comfy but got little bites over me and was itchy

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. At the time of check-in, Thomas confused me with another customer and insisted that I sign for their room. It took me five minutes to prove that I was a different person with a completely different name. I paid the full amount I owed and entered the room. The room was full of dust and the bed linen had a black foot stamp on it, as if someone had stepped on top of the bed (this pcs). After check-out, I got charged for $36 with no reason. I tried to contact both the hotel and Accor Plus customer service, but it was hard to talk to them and no one could explain why I got charged more. They promised me to resolve the issue, but after one week I still do not know the reason. This hotel has the worst service and quality I have ever seen. I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel at all costs.

A must visit place if you want the worst experience in Australia. Speaking as a frequent traveller. Body hair and menstrual blood on the toilet seat upon check in. When reported: the guy replied: " That's alright". No dude, it's not. 😂😂 Asked where I can get drinking water, showed me a laundry. Bin never taken out, so I have put it outside the room, still there for ages. Replies are pretty awesome: " You are in a budget hotel"
